Who this policy is from

Altus Financial LLC (“Altus Financial,” “we,” or “the platform”) operates this website as a marketing and technology platform that introduces prospective clients to its two individually licensed insurance producers, Benjamin Minifie and Stanislav Lisovskiy. The producers are the providers of insurance services. This policy explains how the platform and the producers handle the information you give us through this site.

What we collect

• Contact-form input: your name, email, phone number, the producer you asked to reach, the audience you selected, the services you asked about, your preferred contact method and time, and any notes you provide.
• Basic server-side analytics: pages requested and a coarse approximation of visitor location, used only to understand which content is read. We do not run a third-party ad-tracking pixel on this site.
• Email delivery metadata: if you submit the form, our email vendor records delivery metadata (delivery, open, bounce) on the messages it sends on our behalf.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To route your request to the producer you chose and to schedule a follow-up conversation.
• To provide the service the producer and you agree to — for example, scoping an engagement, running an illustration, or preparing a valuation.
• To maintain basic records required by applicable insurance recordkeeping rules.
• To operate and improve the website (e.g., understanding which pages are being read).

Who sees it

• The producer you picked on the contact form receives your submission directly.
• Our email vendor (Resend) transmits messages between you, the producer, and our systems.
• Our database is hosted on Supabase. Operators with administrative access may see submission data.
• We do not share your personal information with insurance carriers, lenders, or other third parties without your authorization, except as required by law or to carry out the service you request.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as the client relationship is active and for a period of at least seven years thereafter, or longer if required by applicable insurance recordkeeping rules. Inactive inquiries that do not become client relationships are typically purged on a rolling basis.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Requests subject to applicable recordkeeping retention may be honored in part. Email privacy@altus.financial with the nature of your request. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and similar state privacy rights are honored to the extent they apply.

Security

We use administrative and technical controls — including database row-level security, encrypted transport (TLS), and least-privilege access — to protect the information you send us. No online system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to the site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
