Orthopedic practices
Coaching for orthopedic practice owners and partners.
An independent practice is also a business. It has staff, costs, partners and a plan for what comes next. We work with the owners on that.

Does this sound like your practice?
Costs keep rising
Staff, space and supplies cost more each year. What is left over does not keep up.
The partners do not agree on the plan
One wants to grow. One wants to slow down. One wants out. Nobody has written down what happens next.
The front office is stretched
Scheduling, staff and the day to day still pull the partners away from their own work.
Staying on your own is a real question
Offers come in. You want to know what the practice is worth before someone else tells you.
What We Look At
How It Works
Questions
Questions owners ask.
- How do you help an orthopedic practice?
- We look at the practice as a business: staff, overhead, how the partners work together and the plan for what comes next. Then we write a plan for what to fix first. After that we meet each month to keep at it.
- How much does it cost?
- The first call costs you 20 to 30 minutes. After that, we set the price from the size of your business. You see the number before any paid work starts.
- Do you handle billing or coding?
- No. We do not run billing or coding. We work on how the business runs, and we work with the people who do that work.
- Can you help partners plan for one of them leaving?
- Yes. We help the partners write down what happens if one leaves, retires or wants out. Your lawyer writes the papers. We work with them.
- Where are you based?
- Our office is in Northampton, MA. If you are nearby, we aim to meet in person. If not, we meet by video or phone, so we work with practices in other states too.
We also work with trades and dental and orthodontic.
