- What does a business coach do for a contractor?
- We look at how your jobs come in, how you price them, how the crews run and where the money goes. Then we write a plan for what to fix first. After that we meet each month to keep at it.
- How much does it cost?
- The first call costs you 20 to 30 minutes. After that, we set the price from the size of your business. You see the number before any paid work starts.
- Do you work with my trade?
- We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and building firms. We also work with other firms that run crews and trucks. If your trade is not on the list, ask us.
- Can you help me get my business ready to sell?
- Yes. We look at what a buyer will look at: the books, the crews, and how much still runs through you. It helps to start years before you plan to sell.
- Where are you based?
- Our office is in Northampton, MA. If your shop is nearby, we aim to meet in person. If not, we meet by video or phone, so where you are does not matter much.
