- Is a business coach the same as a consultant?
- A consultant looks at the business and tells you what to change. A coach helps you do it, month after month. We do both: Discovery is the consulting, and Alignment is the coaching.
- Do you replace my accountant or my lawyer?
- No. We work with them. We don't do your accounting, and we don't write legal papers. We help you see what to ask them, and when.
- Can you help me get ready to sell my business?
- Yes. That is the Transfer area. We look at what the business is worth, who could run it next, and what has to change first. It helps to start years before you plan to step back.
- What kinds of businesses do you work with?
- All kinds of service firms. Some are trades. Some are medical or specialist practices. If you run something else, ask us.
